Common questions

Can I use it for just grooming, or just boarding?

Yes. Pricing is modular — you start with the base licence and add only the features you need. Grooming, boarding & daycare, the customer portal and SMS are all separate options you can switch on or off.

Does it include a customer-facing portal?

The customer portal is an optional feature. When enabled, your clients can register, manage their own dogs, request bookings and sign your terms — all under your business name, logo and colours.

How do vaccination and safety checks work?

Owners upload vaccination certificates, which you approve or reject with an audit trail. Unvaccinated dogs are automatically blocked from daycare at the point of booking, and boarding can require a verified trial night first.

What about reminders and no-shows?

With SMS notifications enabled, the platform sends automated appointment reminders a configurable number of hours ahead, plus confirmations and cancellations. Transactional email is delivered through Postmark. SMS messages are billed at £0.052 each.

Is there a mobile app and single sign-on?

There is a JWT-authenticated mobile API for a companion app, and customers can sign in with Google in one click. Two-factor authentication is available for both admins and customers.
